From: tl@ccf.fr Operating system: windows 2000 PHP version: 4.2.2 PHP Bug Type: SNMP related Bug description: snmpget, doesn't return same formatted string as in 4.1.2 snmpget function works. I get a counter on ifentry in mib2 - PHP 4.1.2 returns a string with numerics contents (ie : 12345678) - PHP 4.2.2 returns a string formatted like that counter32 : 12345678 If you consider this newer return is normal, you have to update php-doc to reflacte this change. Otherwise, I'm sorry, there is a bug. Or maybe I miss something.
