The DTD is alright, as you can simply just referer to DTD/w3-ns, but its
not really a major issue but should go into trunk anyway. Ill look at an
improved patch during the week

1.+2. Show "PHP Variables" with leading "$" and use single quotes.
3. "Windows 7" and "Windows Server 2008 R2" are "Unknow Windows
version"
because checking for NT 6.2 instead of 6.1
4. Incomplete doctype and missing xmlns.
