Bug description:5.2.17 build on php.net does not solve bug 53632

Just downloaded VC6 build (thread safe, as ZIP) from windows.php.net.
On Windows XP, SP3, 32 bit it does not have the bug #53632 fixed, so for
the identified number it still hangs.
