PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem
Bug description: set_cookie() without path causes problems with Opera and Konqueror too
set_cookie() with the path omitted causes problems with Opera 6.02 and
Konqueror 3.0.1 also, they get the cookie and save it but never send it to
the site.
