Bug description:  MODULE_MAGIC_AT_LEAST error compiling php_functions.c

To compile with Apache2filter (--with-apxs2), I needed to change the macro
name in php-4.2.2/sapi/apache2filter/php_functions.c from

MODULE_MAGIC_AT_LEAST

to

AP_MODULE_MAGIC_AT_LEAST

as the declaration has changed in the Apache ap_mmn.h include file.
