Error seems corrected.
message from xampp: 'mbstring extension already loaded' when enabling
'mbstring.dll' extension.
This outputs another message:
'browscap.ini' in 'php/extra' already missing.
Copied file from 5.4.14 and now it works fine.
Thanks
