PHP version: 4.2.2
PHP Bug Type: Feature/Change Request
Bug description: nanotime()
Many architectures/operating systems support nanosecond resolution timing.
Is there any plan on adding this in the future? (ie. clock_gettime() IEEE
Std 1003.1b-1993)
