Bug description:SOAP leaves incomplete cache file on ENOSPC
Description:

The SOAP-extension leaves an incomplete cache file when the disk is
(almost) full. It should remove the cache file if it detects an error
while writing it.
The best fix will probably be to write it to a tempfile and rename() it
when that succeeded. That would also solve

The cache file to be ignored and/or removed and/or rewritten
Actual result:

Segmentation faults and "Out of memory (allocated 196870144) (tried to
allocate 18446744073340452865 bytes)" (±2^64)
