From: james at jtaylor dot id dot au Operating system: Gentoo PHP version: 5.5.20 Package: Compile Failure Bug Type: Bug Bug description:PHP doesn't build under musl-libc with iconv support enabled Description: ------------ musl-libc provides its own iconv, which causes php to error out when it doesn't find libiconv. Build works fine with iconv support disabled. What is odd is that the header check passes, but it still fails because it thinks libiconv is meant to exist.
