Setting
php_value session.save_path "0;0660;/var/lib/php5/sessions" or
php_value session.save_path "0;660;/var/lib/php5/sessions"
doesn't set write for group
From
http://en.php.net/manual/en/session.configuration.php#ini.session.save-path
is possible to set different mode. And should not be affected by umask.
Expected result:

Actual result:

(0600/-rw-------)
