Bug description:built-in web server is not responsive to Ctrl+C

Description:

When handling a request the webserver does not respond to Ctrl+C on the
command line. This is kind of problematic for a development server since
you can't expect to have finished code that performs fast to be there.
So it can be that wrong code just takes a long time waiting at some
point.
