Failure to load php.ini file occurs when > set PHP_FCGI_CHILDREN=1 > php-cgi.exe -b address:port -c conf\php.ini is run. Not setting the PHP_FCGI_CHILDREN environment variable in the start-up script leads to loading of the php.ini file as expected. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2017-01-11 04:45:18] krakjoe@php.net Assigning to you Anatol: Could you take a quick look at this please ? ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2017-01-10 11:22:07] danothy at gmail dot com Description: ------------ Running > php-cgi.exe -b address:port -c conf\php.ini fails to load the specified php.ini file, with phpinfo() showing "Loaded Configuration File | (none)" Test script: --------------- <?php phpinfo(); ?> ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Edit this bug report at https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=73904&edit=1
