Current tzdata does not reintroduce SGT. Please refer to http://tz.iana.narkive.com/NDLAJ1xs/tz-sgt-abbreviation-is-missing-from-the-iana-tz-database for details. In version 7.0.22 it could be used. Other timezone like gmt, utc, cet,... are fine. Could you please add it again?
