#20163 [NEW]: BAD INTERPRETER when running configure script

From: kinclong2@yahoo.co.uk Operating system: Linux Redhat 8.0 & 7.3 PHP version: 4.2.3 PHP Bug Type: *Compile Issues Bug description: BAD INTERPRETER when running configure script With the fresh copy of PHP distribution, I've found that there are too many unused blank lines inside configure script. BAD INTERPRETER message displayed at the beginning of configure script execution.
