Bug #16125: CHM's frontpage missing (italian)

From: cortesi@php.net Operating system: windows 98 PHP version: 4.1.2 PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem Bug description: CHM's frontpage missing (italian) The frontpage of the CHM version of the italian manual is missing from the downloadable manual on PHP.net. If I compile the manual from sources on my local machine the page show up. I mean the page generated from "make_chm_index_it.html". This also happened 3 weeks in a row.
