Fixed in CVS and in my build system. The page will show up in the CHMs
on the site during this week.

The frontpage of the CHM version of the italian manual is missing from
the downloadable manual on PHP.net. If I compile the manual from
sources on my local machine the page show up. I mean the page generated
from "make_chm_index_it.html". This also happened 3 weeks in a row.
