#22125 [NEW]: fopen fails after upgrade from 4.2.3 to 4.3.0 on Solaris

From: randy.wilcox@sas.com Operating system: Solaris PHP version: 4.3.0 PHP Bug Type: Filesystem function related Bug description: fopen fails after upgrade from 4.2.3 to 4.3.0 on Solaris A simple fopen() command returns a false rather than a handle. The same script works correctly on Solaris with PHP 4.2.3 and works correctly under Redhat 8.0 with PHP 4.3.0 and 4.2.3 and Tru64 with the same versions.
