Bug #16385: PHPVersion returns 4.1.1 for 4.1.2

From: steve@stevemagruder.com Operating system: Windows 2000 (SP2) PHP version: 4.1.2 PHP Bug Type: Unknown/Other Function Bug description: PHPVersion returns 4.1.1 for 4.1.2 Running Apache 1.3.24 and PHP 4.1.2 (SAPI), phpversion() returns "4.1.1". In addition, Apache gets listed in the Win2K Services list as "Apache/1.3.24 (Win32) PHP/4.1.3-dev".
