Yeah, we made a little mistake, but there is now no way way we can fix
it anymore. It will be fixed when php 4.2.0 hits the stores.

Running Apache 1.3.24 and PHP 4.1.2 (SAPI), phpversion() returns
"4.1.1". In addition, Apache gets listed in the Win2K Services list as
"Apache/1.3.24 (Win32) PHP/4.1.3-dev". I assume both instances should
be reporting "4.1.2".
