#23341 [NEW]: register_globals always off but php.ini=On

From: m dot taeubler at apa dot at Operating system: Linux (RedHat 7.3) PHP version: 4.3.1 PHP Bug Type: Unknown/Other Function Bug description: register_globals always off but php.ini=On I have compiled php 4.3.1 as a DSO with apache 1.3.27 and php.ini as /usr/local/lib/php_4.3.1.ini. register_globals is On in /usr/local/lib/php_4.3.1.ini.
