it should be /usr/local/lib/php.ini

I have compiled php 4.3.1 as a DSO with apache 1.3.27 and php.ini as
/usr/local/lib/php_4.3.1.ini. register_globals is On in
/usr/local/lib/php_4.3.1.ini. But when i take a look into phpinfo(); -
register_globals is off. /usr/local/lib/php_4.3.1.ini is accessible
from every user. same effect as Version 4.3.0. 4.0.6 works fine
register_globals = On.
