From: steve_php at stedaniels dot co dot uk Operating system: Windows 98 PHP version: 4.3.1 PHP Bug Type: Apache related Bug description: Cannot load c:/apache/php/sapi/php4apache.dll into server: Cannot load c:/apache/php/sapi/php4apache.dll into server: (31) A device attached to the system is not functioning: I've seen this bug with a previous version, not with this version however. Freshly downloaded 4.3.1 zip version from php.net Previously had v 4.1.1 running with apache 1.3.27 which ran fine. However I removed v4.1.1 and installed v4.3.1 and I am now getting this error. php.ini is I believe setup correctly.
