After downloading the eglish CHM documentation file, I run it and get the same message: "Cannot open the file: mk:@MSITStore:c:\php_manual_en.chm" I have tried downloading the file to different computers and still get the same problem. I copy to c:\ file php_manual_en.chm and double click to on it. More appear popup window, in title whitch word "Help" and in body message "Cannot open the file: mk:@MSITStore:C:\php_manual_en.chm" and one button "Ok".
