PHP Bug Type: *Configuration Issues
Bug description: Configure Stops Prematurely
Configure command stops before complete execution of script, and thus never
builds the internals files.
Configure command is: ./configure --with-apxs2 --with-mcrypt --with-mhash
--with-openssl --with-mysql
This configure command does not build all necessary files on the latest
CVS tree. Configure stops after creating main/php_config.h. Exit with
status 0. As in:
