Bug description: fastcgi segfaults on faulty pages
Description:
------------
When using php as a fastcgi application (with apache) it segfaults after
reloading a page which contains php-errors two times.
reproduce:
- create page which contains errors
- load page in browser
- refresh once
- refresh twice
-> segfault (500 internal server error)
log entry:
...terminated due to uncaught signal '11' (Segmentation fault)
the same config for fastcgi worked with v4.x
it also worked before (5.0.0RC1-dev).
