Bug description: php_mysql.dll + libmysql.dll (4.0.x) problem
Description:

The latest build of php5 (5.0.0b4) does not work with mysql 4.0.18 client
library. It's looking for mysql_drop_db in libmysql.dll but it can't find
it since it's deprecated. Apache2 gives these errors.
