Reinstall EVERY php related DLL from the snapshot.

Using IIS 6.0 in ISAPI mode:

Loading the php_exif.dll module gives an "Invalid access to memory
location. " error, php stops.

Using IIS 6.0 in CGI mode

Loading the php_exif.dll module crashes php.
