Description:

I am using Windows Server 2003 running IIS 6 with PHP 5.0.3.3 CGI.  I am
coding a program that require the exec of the "dsmod" command.  The
command will only work when the user that it is being exec as is logged
in.

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?php
exec ('dsmod user "'.$username.'" -pwd .$password, $dsmod);
echo ($dsmod[0]);
?>

Expected result:
----------------
exec() to work

Actual result:
--------------
exec() only works when the user that is logged into the webpage is also
logged into the computer
