This change was trivial. Remove the 7 divert() calls, change the AC_PREREQ and add the AC_PRESERVE_HELP_ORDER call and everything else stays the same including all the config.m4 files in all the extensions everywhere. The cmake move is a much bigger deal. -Rasmus
