Re: cvs: php4 / configure.in

correct me if im wrong but wouldnt it be better for make clean to do that, i know it doesnt at the moment and causes me headaches if i forget to delete it. whilst i hate that config.cache i do think we should have it being used. i had the 'pleasure' of compiling on a 486 last week . . .
