You know...The best thing to do is run your own server.
You can pay your ISP to have a static Address ($15 more from earthlink)...
Learn and run Linux...Set-up Apache...mysql(or any database)...and....php
Or set up a Windoze box and do it that way.....
That way you have great control of what you run and how you run it...No limits....
Well that's what I would do.....
