Well... It DIDN'T help.
I followed all instructions for CVS access, got sources, but
couldn't build them -
configure script came out broken...
Then I decided to copy sapi/apache dir to php4.0.1pl2 source tree,
built it, started it up, and...
It still behaved the same way.
::sigh:: Guess I'll have to wait a bit...
