Re: hidden type

Every form field is available within the same HTML document. You can get access to its values through the document.forms[index].field.value properties or document.forms["formName"].field.value . If you submit a form of the document and the url changes ( document is unloaded ) you missed the other forms (not submited) values. I think the solution should not change the current window URL, it's more simple. Another way is to "cascade" your forms calling one from the other and passing values through the QUERY_STRING. I think it's not an elegant solution, but if you need to show results of the previous submission to the user is the solution I know . I hope this helps.
