To tell the truth, FreeTDS was the only thing I managed to use with M$SQL from Linux box. I used it only to transfer some data to PostgreSQL database, although, and then forgot it as a bad dream... I tried to use, but was unable to compile(?) it with my libc version, so I gave up. It is _very_ old, BTW. As for ODBC, I couldn't find necessary drivers. Maybe you will be more fortunate, as it was more than half a year ago. Maybe you should consider using PHP on Windows box instead?
