Probably check the php-windows list but if you visit www.php4win.de you
should find a complete set of binaries.

Subject: Oracle driver
Hello!
I'm need a Win32 driver for PHP that can connect to the Oracle8 database (I
believe something like php_ora8.dll). Where can I obtain it?
Denis.
