php, pgsql and apache on win32

Hi all, Just wondering if anyone can tell me how to get the following running on a Win32 platform - php4, postgresql, and apache. I looked up at php.net, but it doesn't seem to mention anything about a pgsql dll for windows (it has the rest, mysql, oracle, mssql etc etc). Anyone have any hints or suggestions?
