Does php for unix come with oracle libraries?
If not where can i get them?

If using Windows, you can use ODBC or native PHP drivers [DLLs]. See the
recent thread on the php-windows list about how I was able to get Oracle
to work with php4.
If using *NIX, compile php3 from the source code with the correct argument
[i believe it is '--include-oci8-support' or something to that effect].
