header and update statement NOT UPDATING

Can anyone help me out ?
I am using this update statement which updates the fields below and then
redirects the page to another signup page, however it will not update the
store_cc field which the header in if I rem/# it out it updates this field,
all the other fields update either way
I can not figure out why, can anyone out there shed some light on this ?
here is the code.
$sql9="update subscribe set
cc_type='$CC_type',
cc_number='$CC_number',
cc_expire='$CC_expire',
store_cc='$store_cc',
confirmation_email='$Confirmation_email'
where (subscribe_id='$sub_id')";
mysql_query($sql9,$dbh);
header("Location: https://domain name");
Any help would be fantastic
