Can't find php3.ini or php.ini

** Reply Requested When Convenient ** Im Tring to configure PHPlib but I can't find my .ini files. I installed both PHP3 and PHP4 with MySQL support on to my server running RH 6.2 and Apache 1.3.12. I can run both PHP3 and PHP4 scripts with no problems .
