Yes, now *I* have a question about php4win. :) I fixed my date/time
problem last week [not sure if i posted it to the list or not], but it was
buggin me why I was getting a date/time string from Oracle when calling a
DATE column. I didn't know [until after i found out] that Oracle usually
just spits out 11-Sep-2000 when asking for a date.
As it turns out, I had this in my apache 1.3.12 httpd.conf:
SetEnv NLS_DATE_FORMAT "YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS"
which is why it was working the way it did. However, when upgrading to
4.0.2 via http://www.php4win.de/ [i had been running 4.0.2dev
from
php4win], the above SetEnv is no longer honored. I converted the DATE to a
string via to_char, but I would like to know if any others have
expierenced some of their Oracle environmental vars not being honored by
php.
I'm cross-posting to php-db as this might not be a windoze issue...
TIA,
