OCI8 is built in, and a How-To will be posted *this* week [i know, i know,
i've been sayin' that for weeks] on how to get Oracle and PHP4 and Apache
under Windows to work.
The php4win site has a lot of other extensions compiled in as well [DB2 I
*think* is included too].

Metabase is what you're looking for. I'm trying it out now, and it seems
