Alexandre, I recommend you install freetds to make the conection to MSSQL. In the instructions you can read how install with PHP. I recommend you the snapshot version, I had some problems with 0.50 version.... To convert ASP to PHP you can use asp2php software, I never need to use, but I think can be useful for you...
