Header location in target

Hi,
The problem is that I'm trying to use the HEADER function
to get open a new location in a framed site.
I've tried
header ("Location: $url Window-target: body");
&
header ("Location: http://something/ Window-target:
body");
...
but doesn't work.
Any idea?
