Thank you to the people who answered my previous question.....
I am now receiving an 500 Internal Server Error when I run the following script (it connects OK,
the problem seems to be with the odbc_prepare()):
$connect = odbc_connect( "<DNS>" ,
"<USER>","<PASSWRD>" ) or
die ("Couldn't connect to datasource.");
$sql = "SELECT * FROM Articles";
$sql_stm =odbc_prepare($connect,$sql) or
die ("Couldn't prepare query.");

In the dump file produced it says :
