MSAccess2000 to MySql

Hello, I'm developing a web site that displays some simple address info from a MYSQL database. The thing is that the user has to enter the info locally into a MSAcess2000 database. I would like to know if there is a script (Win) that I could use to upload the info from this MSAccess to the MySQL database. Basically the Access program will create 3 text files, one for new entries, one for updated entries and one for deleted entries, and I'm going to need to execute three queries against the MySql db, any suggestions?
