Hi all.
I have my Linux-PHP box connected to an AIX-Informix one. All is working
fine except that the following leads me to error.
$connid= ifx_connect("database@server","userneme","password");
$consulta = "select * from sapat001 WHERE " . $criterio . " = " . $texto;
$rs = ifx_prepare( $consulta, $connid);
ifx_do($rs);
if ( !ifx_affected_rows($rs)) { <<<<< always true but no record in
result set
echo ('no rows to process'); <<<<< never reached
} else {
$row=ifx_fetch_row($rs);
.
.
.
}
Please give me some clues of what's happening.
THX.
