Because your reference to sessions I may be missing something (I just
joined list) but it seems :
addslashes($email);
Is what you want, so :
$email = "I want to cook "alot" of chickens tonight" ;
Will turn into :
$email = "I want to cook \"alot\" of chickens tonight" ;
Sessions has nothing to do with this. Also, look into the stripslashes()
function.
