If you are implementing a Sybase wrapper, then why are you calling oci_logon? You need to include the file php_oci8.dll as extension in your php.ini. php_oci8.dll is included in all the builds from php4win.de and the latest build from www.php.net. Both spots are compiled with the Oracle 8.1.6 header files.
