Hmm, I am making a database abstraction layer for all PHP supported DBs, so
that's explains the Oracle part..
Anyhow, ok, everytime I try to load this .dll, it tells me it can't find it.
I placed the php_oci8.dll in my d:\inetpub directory
I then added this line for extensions:
extension=d:\inetpub\php_oci8.dll
when I start IIS and the webserver, it tells me it cannot load the extension
because it can't find "d:\inetpub\php_oci8.dll"..
well, it is showing the exact path to it. What am I missing?

If you are implementing a Sybase wrapper, then why are you calling
oci_logon?
You need to include the file php_oci8.dll as extension in your php.ini.
php_oci8.dll is included in all the builds from php4win.de and the
latest build from www.php.net. Both spots are compiled with the Oracle
8.1.6 header files.
Good Luck,
Florian
