I try to execute this code and all it gives me is this:
Warning: _oci_open_server: ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service
name
I have set the "ORACLE_HOME" environment variable to "C:\ORANT"
and the "TNSNAMES.ORA" file is located under the "C:\ORANT\NET80\ADMIN"
folder
I am using Apache 1.3.12 with PHP v4.0 on WinNT Workstation v4 SP6a and
i am trying to connect to a Oracle8 v8.0.5.1.0
with SQL*Plus: Release 8.0.5.0.0 connect just fine.
any ideas??????
